Salon Policies
Late policy:
If you are running more than 10 minutes late (we understand things happen!). You may reschedule depending on when next appointment is scheduled after yours. This ensures that all the clients have adequate time for their services. We value our relationship with our clients above all, and want to ensure that each client has time for their full, quality service.
Cancellation policy:
Cancellation Policy? All cancelled appointments within less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% service price fee. All no show appointments will be charged 100% service price fee.
An email at info@liftwaxandbrow.com, voicemail, or phone call must be made to cancel or reschedule appointments.
